Once instructed one of our surveyors will carry out a full survey and discuss your project with you in detail. He or she will offer you advice about your design and what to expect prior to and throughout the process of your project.
The surveyor will draft the architectural plans required for Local Authority Planning and/or Building Control approval. Once the plans are agreed with you they would be submitted to the Local Authority.
Once your approvals are received your surveyor will offer you further guidance on how to proceed with your build.
